Carven Thomas
Carven brings over 30 years of management experience to CGR Services. After a long and successful career at GE, Carven went the entrepreneurial route and started a successful family business in 2015 and launched CGR Services in 2020. Carven brings management and project expertise from growing up watching his father run a successful concrete business. A lifetime Bloomingtonian, Carven puts community first and has served on the Bloomington Plan Commission, the board of the Monroe County YMCA, and currently serves as a board member for Ivy Tech Bloomington.
Gary Scott
As a former college basketball player and high school coach, Gary understands the value of teamwork. His business philosophy has been shaped by these life experiences—he approaches every project with discipline and hard work. His leaderships style is that of a coach. He assembles and manages team members to execute our game plan. His drive to win is balanced by his deep compassion for people and communities.
Randy Lloyd
Randy brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial and development experience to each project. A lawyer by training, he understands that the success of each project is dependent on paying attention to the details of the transaction. As a seasoned professional in domestic and international business, he manages new business development and portfolio operations. Randy has developed several million square feet of industrial/logistics, office, medical, life science, and mixed-use projects over the span of his career. Big or small—he is committed to collaborative relationships that benefit clients, tenants, customers and the community.
