Walnut Woods and Butler Housing Projects

CGR served as a subcontractor for Brinshore Development’s construction arm, BCM, LLC, for 2 multi-million dollar projects to renovate public housing units in Bloomington, Indiana.  CGR provided concrete site renovation work that includes the installation of numerous accessible sidewalks and ramps, parking lot expansions, sealcoating, striping and the installation of signage.  Additionally, CGR has added a number of ADA accessible ramps to several units.  CGR also has been engaged to add several site amenities that include custom built garden beds and pads, as well as, community grill areas and bike pads and racks.  This HUD financed project, requires CGR to comply with numerous federal requirements.  As a Section 3 certified MBE HUD Business, CGR is committed to utilizing Section 3 residents as part of the workforce.

“CGR is wonderful to work with. From day one, Carven and his team have been responsive, timely, and professional. The experience CGR brings to the table is evident—they are always quick to offer solutions to project problems. The quality of work is a direct reflection of CGR’s collective knowledge and expertise .”
